We deliver to all of the Kansas City Metro area but are based in Lee's Summit.
Free delivery will be provided to all locations within a 10-mile radius of Lee's Summit, MO.
A delivery fee of $50 will be added to any location outside this 10 mile radius.
If delivery is outside of 45 miles, please contact us for pricing.
To book your party, go to our booking calendar. Select your party date and time. Pay your $25 deposit (nonrefundable). Within 24 hours I will email you a Party Detail Form to make all your party selections! Your full balance is due the day before your party.
We recommend booking your party asap. At this time we can only accommodate one party per day. Your party date is not secured until we receive your $25 deposit. We accept bookings as late as one week prior to your event date but cannot guarantee availability.
While we hope this won't happen, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We would love to work with you in rescheduling your booking. But in the case that you must cancel: You may cancel or reschedule your event at any time. Your deposit, which is due at the time of booking, is nonrefundable. Your remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event.
We aim to set up your rental 75 minutes prior to your event. Depending on our schedule we may need to set up earlier/later. We will inform you prior to your event date of our delivery window. If you require a fast setup or breakdown (30-min) there is a $25 fee.
The following items are prohibited from use on our equipment: shoes, face paint, food, drinks, sweets, water, glitter, crayons, markers, and sharp objects.
Our rental packages are the Mini, Standard and Large Play Zones. Each of these include padded tile flooring, gates, shoe bin, sanitization station, and safety signs. These are included in the rental cost. The gates are optional if there is minimal space for set up, however there is no discount if they are not used.
The 6ft ball pit does not include surround gates but they can be added at an additional cost.
Yes, we can set up our equipment outdoors in an area that is dry, flat, level, and cleared of debris (including pet waste). We will not set up on dirt or gravel. We do have an outdoor set up fee of $40. Outdoor set ups are available April through September and are weather dependent. To ensure the safety of your little ones, we will not set up if rain or inclement weather are in the forecast. We ask that you have a backup INDOOR location just in case.
Outdoor setups are REQUIRED to be in a shaded area or under a canopy so they do not get too hot from the sun. Canopies are available to rent from us for an additional cost.
Yes! We offer all sorts of decor options like backdrops, balloon garlands, and light-up number marquees. All of these can be added a la carte to your booking.

If your date is not available for the rental you selected, then you can see if other items are available that same day. If you are trying to book last minute (7 days or less) then please contact us directly to check for availability.
