 We deliver throughout the Kansas City Metro area! Our standard delivery fee is $50.
If your event is more than 45 miles from us, just reach out — we’re happy to provide a custom delivery quote. 


Booking your party is easy! Just head to our booking calendar, select your party date and time, and pay your $25 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot.

Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a Party Detail Form by email where you can make all your party selections. The remaining balance is due the day before your event.

If your party includes balloon decor, a $100 nonrefundable deposit is required instead.


We recommend booking as early as possible to reserve your preferred date! While we can sometimes accommodate more than one party per day depending on location, our availability is still limited and dates can fill up quickly.


Your party is not officially booked until we receive your deposit. We do accept bookings up to one week before your event, but availability cannot be guaranteed.


While we hope this won't happen, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We would love to work with you in rescheduling your booking. But in the case that you must cancel: You may cancel or reschedule your event at any time. Your deposit, which is due at the time of booking, is nonrefundable. Your remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event.


We aim to set up your rental at least 1.5 hours before your event begins. Depending on the day's schedule, we may need to arrive earlier or later — but don’t worry, we’ll confirm your delivery window ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect.


The earliest we set up is 8:00 AM. Flexible setup times help us serve more parties throughout the day!


If you need a quick setup or breakdown (within 30 minutes), a $25 rush fee will apply.


 Yes — to keep our equipment clean, safe, and in great condition for all our littlest guests, we ask that no shoes, face paint, food, drinks, sweets, water, glitter, crayons, markers, or sharp objects be used in or around the play area. If any of these items are found during pickup or if equipment is damaged due to misuse, a cleaning or damage fee may be charged. We appreciate your help in keeping the play zone safe and ready for the next celebration! 


Each of our play zones — Mini, Standard, and Large — includes padded tile flooring, soft play equipment, safety signage, and gates. These are all included in your rental cost.


Gates are optional if space is limited, though please note that opting out of the gates does not reduce the rental price.


If you're booking our 6ft ball pit, surround gates are not included by default but can be added for an additional fee.


Yes, we can! Outdoor setups must be on a dry, flat, level surface that’s free of debris (including pet waste). We cannot set up on dirt or gravel. An outdoor setup fee of $40 will apply.


For safety reasons, outdoor rentals are weather dependent. If rain or severe weather is in the forecast, we will not set up. We kindly ask that you have a backup indoor location available just in case.


To keep the equipment safe and comfortable for little ones, outdoor setups must be in a shaded area or under a canopy. Need one? We offer canopy rentals for an additional fee.


Yes! We offer a variety of fun add-ons like balloon garlands, themed backdrops, and light-up number marquees — all available à la carte with your rental.

Not necessarily! If the item you’re interested in isn’t available on your date, there may be other rentals open that same day.
