- DEPOSIT: $25 nonrefundable deposit due at booking
- DELIVERY ZONE: We deliver to Kansas City and surrounding areas (delivery fee applies). Free delivery within 10 miles of Lees Summit.
- CLEANING: All equipment is cleaned and sanitized prior to drop off
- SETUP/BREAKDOWN: Setup and breakdown takes 45-75 mins. Quick setups/breakdowns at 30 mins are available for an additional fee.
- OUTDOOR EVENTS: Our outdoor season is April 1 to September 30. An additional fee applies. We do not setup on gravel or dirt. Must be in a shaded area (canopies available to rent).
- RAIN POLICY: We do not setup if there is any chance of rain during your event. All outdoor event must have an indoor alternate location.
- CANCELLATIONS: Parties may cancel at any time. Deposits are nonrefundable. Rescheduled parties can occur within 1-year.
